  1. ROOM RESERVATIONS

All offers for room rates via the booking facility available on the website are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract do not apply to groups. Rates are on per room, per night and Bed and Breakfast basis and vary by arrival date, including taxes but excluding gratuities unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of the room reservation forms a binding agreement between you and Adelais Bay Hotel and cancellation of the reservation constitutes a breach of that agreement by you, therefore in case you cancel for any reason whatsoever, or in case of no show, any room reservation within a period of not more than seven days prior to arrival date from the check-in date, Adelais Bay Hotel will be entitled to keep and not return to you the equivalent amount of 30% of the accommodation (payment) on Terms you booked your reservation as cancellation fees and/or pre-agreed damages for the damages suffered by Adelais Bay Hotel because of your said cancellation. For any reservations canceled 7 or more days prior to estimated arrival date, 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
